Return and Refund Policy

At Ravenritual, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items, including both defective and non-defective products.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

For ordinary change-of-mind returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, items should be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging where reasonably possible. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

These conditions do not restrict your statutory consumer rights, including your right to inspect goods as permitted by law and your rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied products.

Return Shipping and Labels

Change of mind or incorrect size: If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want it, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

You may choose your preferred postal or courier service. Return shipping costs depend on your location and the carrier you choose.

Ravenritual does not routinely provide prepaid return labels for ordinary returns.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us. We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer laws and cover necessary return shipping costs where required.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions. Your statutory right to withdraw does not require our prior approval.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For eligible returns under our voluntary return policy, we process approved refunds within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned item.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, we reimburse the amounts required by law within 14 calendar days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide proof of returning them, whichever occurs first, where legally permitted.

When an entire order is withdrawn under applicable EU consumer law, the refund also includes the original standard delivery charge. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery option are not necessarily refundable.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, inform us clearly by email within the statutory withdrawal period. You then have a further 14 days to send back the goods.

You may examine an item as you would in a physical shop. You may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

For a change-of-mind withdrawal, customers pay the direct return shipping costs when properly informed before purchase.

Any applicable mandatory consumer rights take priority over our voluntary return conditions.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for changes of size or preference.

If you would like a different item or size, you can return the original product under the applicable return conditions and place a new order.

This does not affect your statutory rights to repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Exceptions

Personalised or made-to-order products and gift cards may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law.

Sale or discounted items are not excluded from our ordinary return policy solely because they were purchased at a reduced price.

Your statutory consumer rights always remain unaffected.
