How would I earn Runes?
The proposal is 1 Rune per €1 paid for eligible products after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping and gift cards. Points would be released after the return period; cancelled or refunded purchases would not retain points. Foreign-currency orders would use the store's EUR order value.
How would rewards work?
100 Runes would unlock a personal, single-use €5 discount on products with a minimum eligible order of €35. Rewards would not combine with other discounts, including the newsletter offer or automatic free-shipping discount. Final exclusions and expiry terms will be published before launch.
How do social rewards work?
20 points for following Instagram and 20 for following TikTok, once per member per platform. Rewards would be awarded after the follow is confirmed; opening a social link alone does not earn points. The confirmation process will be available when the programme launches.
Already part of the horde?
Existing account holders would be able to enrol too. Historical purchases would not earn points automatically.
Do I need to subscribe to emails?
No. Having an account and joining a future rewards programme would not automatically subscribe you to marketing. The existing newsletter welcome offer remains separate.
Can I use my account now?
Yes. Sign in to view your orders and manage your account. The rewards programme shown here is still a concept: point balances and redemption are not available yet.
